Because of all the bad reviews, I actually found this movie reasonably OK. I do tend to agree with reviews that say the movie lacked tension and substance but it was 'good in parts'. The Christian Bale character was overshadowed by the Cyborg and it just goes to show that it was always the humanisation of robots that was the entertaining aspect of the originals and the cat and mouse. The latter aspect is lost in this movie and so, no tension. JC stands for John Connor but also for James Cameron who brought alot more to this franchise. Still, not bad though.
